Who we are
ThirtyZero is a technical services company operating from Lahore, Pakistan. We build and run websites, cloud infrastructure, automation, and related systems for growing businesses. This policy covers the website at thirtyzero.com and what happens to information you share through it. Questions about anything here: info@thirtyzero.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send us a project enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), business name (optional), the service area you're interested in, and your message. We use this to understand what you need and to reply to you. That's it — we don't add you to any mailing list.
When you apply for a job
The application form asks for your name, email, phone, location, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, a short introduction, and your CV (PDF, DOC, or DOCX). We use this to evaluate your application and contact you about the role. Applications are read by the people you would actually work with.
Technical details recorded with each submission
When you submit either form, we also record your IP address, browser user agent, the page you came from, and a timestamp. We keep these for basic security and spam prevention — for example, identifying abusive submissions.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, and actions like clicking a booking link. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. The data we see is aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with common browser extensions and the site works exactly the same.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are stored as files on our hosting server, outside the publicly accessible web directory. A copy of each submission is also emailed to an internal ThirtyZero notification address so we can respond quickly. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you or evaluate your application.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept for as long as they're relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement. Job applications are kept for the duration of the hiring process, and may be retained afterwards in case a future role fits — if you'd like your application deleted instead, just ask.
What we never do
- We don't sell your information to anyone.
- We don't share it with third parties for their marketing.
- We don't send marketing emails — you hear from us only in reply to something you sent.
- The site has no user accounts and takes no payments, so we never hold your credentials or card details.
Third-party services
Parts of the site rely on services run by other companies, each with its own privacy policy:
- Calendly — if you book a call, the booking form and any details you enter there are handled by Calendly.
- WhatsApp — the chat button opens WhatsApp; your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's terms.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics, described above.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare CDN — the site loads fonts and icons from these services, which means your browser sends them standard requests (including your IP address) when a page loads.
- LinkedIn — we link to our LinkedIn profile; anything you do there is between you and LinkedIn.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@thirtyzero.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you additional rights; we honour reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the effective date above is updated. We won't quietly weaken how your information is treated.
