QA Engineer
This position is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of ThirtyZero’s web applications and digital products, with a focus on systematic testing, bug identification, release validation, and close collaboration with developers.

A hands-on QA role focused on testing web applications, identifying and documenting issues, verifying fixes, and continuously improving QA processes across client and internal projects.
Key responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and technical issues.
- Test new features and verify fixes before release.
- Work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Test APIs and integrations where required.
- Document recurring issues and improve QA processes.
- Ensure applications meet quality, usability, and performance standards.
- Use AI tools to improve testing, documentation, research, and QA workflows.
Required skills & qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies.
- Experience with test cases and bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
- Familiarity with web applications, browsers, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with API testing; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity or experience using AI tools in daily technical work.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Education
Relevant degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
